The City is very sensitive to increases in fees and charges and endeavours to keep any increase to a minimum. The fees and charges below are endorsed by the City of Joondalup Council and will be effective from Monday 1 July 2024.

Crèche
All multi visit passes are non-refundable and expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Customers purchasing a crèche multi visit pass for the first time will be required to purchase an access card.

Multi visit swim pass
All multi visit passes are non-refundable and expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Customers purchasing a swimming multi visit pass for the first time will be required to purchase an access card.

Customers who wish to access the swimming pool regularly can purchase a Pool membership.
Concessions
Eligible customers who are full time students, seniors or have an eligible concession card are entitled to a 25% discount on memberships, short courses, crèche and single casual swim entries. Seniors aged 75 years and above are entitled to a 33.33% discount on memberships, short courses and casual swim entries. Proof of entitlement is required.
